Generalmente il periodo dei funghi è a maggio/giugno e da settembre a novembre, sempre in relazione al clima del momento.
Nella pizzeria/ristorante "l'Azzeccagarbugli" potrete assaporare particolari pizze preparate esclusivamente con tutti i generi di funghi che si raccolgono a Bardineto.
